Professor '''Deitrick Rogers''' is a man of great knowledge and wisdom, and also a former [[controller]] in much the same stripes as [[Maul Ratinar]].  At one time he was the information and technological director for Maul when he was the Chief Director of [[Section 17]], but retired roughly around the same time that Maul did, and for nearly the same reasons.  He is known lovingly as "The Professor" to everyone within the kingdom of [[Terifall]] because of the incredibly massive amount of knowledge he has collected, dating bad centuries, and even millennia in some cases.  He is a superb teacher, gentle, kind, and greatly considerate of others, despite his former place as a controller.  He too, like Maul, has longed to see an end to [[The Race of Offworld]] for the past several centuries, understanding its true purposes to not be scientific, as originally billed, but rather as a means by the Brotherhood to torture as many souls as they can by forcing all who are brought to the world to participate in a rate that they are destined to lose, no matter how hard they try.  The Professor also possesses the single largest library of information ever seen on Earth, Offworld, or any other inhabited planet.
