Tarwn is an Imgadi spy and black operative who holds loyalty only to the highest bidder. While his primary employer is Za'gard, he has higher ambitions and will betray anyone he needs to in order to achieve those goals. Nobody is quite sure what those goals are, but whatever they are, they are ultimately to no one's benefit, except his. Also, Tarwn does not work for the Imgadi in any capacity. In actuality, the Imgadi would love to arrest him as a traitor, terrorist, and general troublemaker, as his actions are giving them a bad name, not that they need help with that.
