Basil

Basil is a Yandian scientist and the chief advisor to Grand Admiral Joel Pendleton directly, and Earthfleet directly. He follows Pendleton around wherever he goes, although he spends a large portion of his time serving aboard Pendleton's flagship, the Prometheus.
