A Den of Knowledge is the Yandian name for what is essentially a library, and which provides end users with either full or partial access to the expansive collection of information that is stored in the Yandian Master Database. Dens of Knowledge can be found all across the galaxy on nearly every inhabited planet and many space station within the galaxy, with few exceptions. Each Den is staffed by a minimum of one Yandian Librarian who oversees its care and aids its patrons in accessing its vast wealth of information.
