Fredo

Fredo (no last name) is the leader of the Capones, a smaller street gang that branched off the Latin Kings. He is a cruel and ruthless gang leader, yet has a soft spot for his girlfriend Doss. He's very tolerant of her frequent fawning over the many homeless street kids that populate their portion of town. Fredo is a bitter rival of Fat Dog, and the one who eventually brought him down in a surprise attack on one of his hideouts. And, while his gang is a spinoff of Latin Kings, the two gangs are on good terms, often helping each other in their numerous underworld dealings.
