The term "to Gallow" is a colloquialism native to the G'Fondo'Nah race that means to parlay or negotiate with another. Sometimes, in a much looser sense, the term can mean to simply meet with another, even though discussions or negotiations are not involved. An example of this is when two friends meet each other, they are sometimes said to "gallow" with one another, meaning to simply talk or converse with one another.
