He is also a great lover of nature, and one who, despite his generally serious nature, is kind, considerate, and very friendly to both nature, and the younglings of his weyr, acting as a second grandfather to most of them under his watch. Teros is also the youngest of the active weyr masters at just 960 years old at the start of the "After Offworld" timeline, and he continued to hold this title until Shuman became weyr master of Morten up the death of his father Narond.
