The Battling Mice of Mouseville is a planned series of children's books centered around a mouse named Whiskers, who is very kind, brave, valiant, and diplomatic, bringing sworn enemies together and making them friends, despite the odds. He forms the animal utopia of Mouseville and goes on to, with the help of his many animal friends, bring peace to an otherwise tempestuous woodland. His biggest enemies, the rats, the snakes and some of the other forest predators, do their level best to stop him and his allies, and destroy the city of Mouseville to ensure their dominance over the forest, and all those within it whom they call prey.
