Telekinetic Interlinking

Telekinetic Interlinking is a highly advanced communications technology pioneered by a group of Section 17 agents loyal to the Chief Director and used as a secure means of communication between two or more parties using a form of technologically enabled telepathy to complete the link. Communication is initiated by one party that initially starts the conversation, and then brings in other parties until all are present. The participants in an interlinking connection are reported to find themselves inside a void of darkness, in which are individual columns of light that highlight each individual present. The room they are in has no floor, or ceiling, or any walls, and is free of the limitations of physics and natural law as the space they gather in is entirely within their minds, and thus outside the bounds and limitations of the physical world.

The technology is also known to be highly secure and, to the best of anyone's knowledge, completely secure, such that eavesdropping on any conversations that one is not a direct participant in is impossible. Users of the technology also report experiencing a strange, almost "out of time" experience when interacting with the technology, as time within the mind space created by the technology does not adhere to the laws of time either. This can be seen in the fact that many users of the technology have reported that they have partaken in hours long conversations with others, only to leave the realm of the mind space to discover that only a few seconds have passed in the real world.

Currently Users Of The Technology

Presently, only a select number of individuals within Section 17, Section 9, and the Dragon Corps have access to or use of this technology, as the Chief Director has gone to great lengths to ensure that the technology's use is very limited to both prevent its discovery, and its circumvention. Most members of Section 17, and the entirety of the Alien Brotherhood and their loyal servants are blissfully unaware of its existence.
