Black Claw is a Tragarian First Darjon (think Admiral) in charge of a full battle armada (ie, multiple fleets of ships), and is a secret servant of Phillip Augustus. He is the chief architect of the battle over Sebius, and the attempt to exterminate the human delegates who are there on a mission of peace. He's eventually defeated and killed during The Battle of Sebius, along with his entire armada, by the combined forces of the Buyyor, Varnok and Gayik'Von which are led and organized by Admiral Sevok of the Gayik'Von.
