Slavers

Slavers are anyone on Offworld who captures, sells, transports or otherwise enslaves another person. They're first introduced in Trail Point, but are common all throughout Offworld, with their numbers and levels of activity varying depending on the location. They have no central operating organization, guild or clan, but operate instead in small groups and teams all throughout the planet, and on the various levels of the planet wide slave trade.
