Sea Storms

On the planet of Offworld, 'Sea Storms are controller created super storms that rampage across large bodies of water, sinking ships or heavily damaging them in an effort to either kill or punish anyone that they have an issue with. The storms do not occur naturally, but require the use of controller technology to create them. They are feared among the people of Offworld due to their deadly reputation. These kind of storms can't be formed over land, but similar events can still be created if the need requires it, although they are weaker than sea storms. These kind of storms have been seen regularly on The Reaping Sea and on the Great Sea.
