Nisp is the chief Angalorian ambassador to the ASW, and the successor to Gray Fang. While not as skillful, or well connected as Gray Fang, he's still an important player in galactic politics. He, like Gray Fang, is also a close friend with Earth. Nisp, while also much younger than Gray Fang, has great respect for the elder statesman, and ambassador, and quite regularly consults him on a wide range of matters, from the smallest of things, up to the greatest.
