The Giant Mountains
The Giant Mountains is a mountainous territory on the western border of Grootwand. It is infamous as the land of Nephalim, or giants, and is a constant source of trouble for the kingdom of Grootwand, and all others that border its territory. It is also a sealed land, surrounded on all sides by a massive, well defended wall that keeps all the giants inside, protecting the citizens of the nations that surround its territory. Traditionally the trail of the controllers passed through this land. However, due to the presence of so many vicious, blood thirsty, deadly giants, passage through that area is impossible, and can only be traversed either by taking the long way around, or passing over it in a hot air balloon or blimp. Even such passages as this are fraught with danger due to attacks from below, and the unpredictable weather conditions within the mountains.
