Grootwand
Grootwand is a kingdom located on the far western shore of the Great Sea ruled by King Vejulus which guards the western passage to the lands known as The Giant Mountains. It is one of the largest, and most prosperous kingdoms in the entire Great Sea region, and second only in power to the pirate kingdom of Manwan Despon, although that hegemony is often challenged by Vejulus and his vast fleet. It is through his great naval power, with the help of other neighboring kingdoms, that Despon is kept in check. They are also fierce rivals with The Demesne of Kaspar, although to a much lesser degree given their vast separation and the fact that Despon's fleet is far more of a threat to Kaspar than Grootwand is. The capital city of Grootwand is the royal city of ReusBerg and home to the king.
