Basil

Basil is a Yandian scientist, and the chief advisor to Grand Admiral Joel Pendleton directly, as well as to Earthfleet indirectly. He follows Pendleton around wherever he goes in the galaxy aboard his flagship, the Prometheus. He also serves unofficially as the ship's chief science officer, using the vast knowledge of the Yandians to assist Earthfleet in its daily operations.
