Charles Lundy is the son of Jack Lundy, creator of Section 9. He's a major moving force on Offworld who works in the shadows to help free everyone who is either trapped or enslaved on the planet. However, unlike his father, he's not quite as shrew, and as a result often gets himself in trouble, either with the Dragons, or even The Syndicate from time to time. As such, he is very disliked by Zek, who considers him more of a nuisance than a benefit to his plans to help someone win the race, thus freeing himself and all dragon kin in kind. As a result, they often butt heads, and even find themselves in direct confrontation with one another from time to time.
