Mobeic is a Varnok admiral and commander of the Varnok Black Fleet. While his allegiances officially reside with the Varnok, he also holds a secret allegiance to Phillip Augustus that eventually leads him and his fleet into The Battle of the Oort Perimeter, and his eventual destruction at the hands of Sevok. He is also a very skilled, and decorated fleet admiral, and one to be feared. However, compared to Sevok, he is the inferior commander, and such is proven in the quick, and decisive ending to the Battle of the Oort Perimeter where he is swiftly overwhelmed and destroyed by Sevok's fleet.
