Mobeic

Mobeic is a Varnok admiral and commander of the Varnok Black Fleet. While his allegiances officially reside with the Varnok, he alsoholds a secret allegiance to Phillip Augustus that eventually leads him and his fleet into The Battle of the Oort Perimeter, and his eventual destruction at the hands of Sevok.
