Neutral Space

Neutral Space is an area of the galaxy surrounding the Galactic Core that acts as a buffer between the core and all other inhabited space within the galaxy. It is originally established by the UGW to hide the mysteries and secrets of the Galactic Core, and is later adopted by the ASW who continues its observation, of which most of the races in the galaxy agree to continue doing. Those that do not are regularly reminded to keep the sanctity of Neutral Space at all costs, and will even go to war with anyone who does not in order to maintain the status quo.
