Parsom

Parsom is the fortified capital city of The Demesne of Kaspar and home to its ruler, the thief king Diebin. It is located about 25 miles west of The Great Sea and sits upon the main hub of the primary trade routes that flow through that area. It boasts a defensive army of over 6000 foot solders, and nearly 2000 cavalry.
