Diebin

Diebin is the thief king and ruler of The Demesne of Kaspar, a kingdom within the southwest quadrant of the White Mountains that rules over that land with an iron fist. He is a very greedy man who demands heavy taxes from all of his subjects, and is known for attacking and robbing the handful of kingdoms that surround his own, as well as travelers and tradesmen who choose to travel through his lands. And, while he lives within the borders of the White Mountains, and is under the jurisdiction of Maul Ratinar, he is often allowed to get away with much of his lawlessness, as his presence serves a useful purpose for Maul as a balancing force against The Pirate King, as well as several other principle powers within the area. It is one of the same reasons that the controllers leave him alone for the most part.
