Pepperton 'Pep' Rollins is a key leader in the human portion of the rebellion against the Sol Empire. He is a very elusive individual, and very hard to track down, but also very wise for his age, and has almost single-handedly kept the crumbling rebellion alive. It is with his advise, guidance, and input, that the military forces from Earthfleet, and her allies, are finally able to defeat Ilik and free his dimension, and the planet Earth, from the control of the Sol Empire. He works publicly as a trader, using old, salvaged ships, left over from the ongoing war against the Sol Empire to both earn money, and disguise his roll in the resistance. And, despite thinking himself to be a superior strategist, he is outwitted on several occasions by both Dutch and Joel Pendleton. Even so, his efforts ultimately allow the galaxy of his dimension to win their war against the Sol Empire, and find freedom.
