Eeka is a female Ratinar Wolf, and one of the first to undergo the transformation of their TEL forms from a simple wolf to that of an intelligent, sentient, wise and fully communicative animal with the ability to speak and reason for themselves. She is also one of the few wolflings to befriend Yurg during his time at Maul's home. She eventually becomes an ambassador between wolf and dragon kind, and even organizes an honor guard of wolves who watch over Angus and his brothers when they come into their last days.
She does this against the orders of Angus and his brothers, who wish to die alone. But the wolflings refuse to allow this, much to his chagrin, and that of his direwolf brothers, of which Eeka is an instrumental part. In her mind it's important that they do such things as Angus never abandoned her, so by golly, she's not gonna let them be abandoned, even if they want it, in their final hours. For this, Angus is greatly appreciative, even if a little disappointed. Eeka later on becomes a founding member of the Canine Council that takes over leadership of The Wolves of Ratinar as they move into a new future, and roll in the world.
