Canine Council
The Canine Council is a collection of Ratinar Wolves who are the wisest, strongest, and greatest leaders among their kin. The council is initially formed, albeit loosely, upon the death of Angus and his brothers, to fill in the gap in leadership left behind in their passing. But the council doesn't take over full leadership of their fellow wolflings until the death of Maul Ratinar. At that point they are left to govern themselves, while also continuing their mission, set down by Maul, and Angus, for the White Mountains. However, realizing that their purpose and responsibility has now grown much larger than just the area of the White Mountains, they begin the process of expanding their influence across the entire planet; a task that will not be easy, but is still necessary, given all the new dangers that Offworld will now be facing in the absence of the controllers.
