The Bromus is a specially designed diplomatic cruiser built by Earthfleet to offer aid and assistance to Phyland during his time on Biar, and a degree of protection that he didn't previously have. The ship itself is a unique, one of a kind vessel, although it draws many of its traits and characteristics from the Raven class shipkillers and, despite being called a "cruiser", the ship itself is merely a very well built, well armored, and well protected diplomatic yacht. The ship is entirely autonomous, and has no full time crew of its own, but is instead run by a series of AI's that operate the ship, and keep it constantly at the ready should Phyland ever need to call on its impressive abilities.
