Dragon Corps
The Dragon Corps is the name given to all dragons on the planet of Offworld. In some ways it acts as a family name, as well as a title under which all dragons rally. The dragons of the Dragon Corps are the byproduct of a biological experiment by The Syndicate that didn't go as they'd intended. However, instead of destroying this failed creation, Section 17 decided to use for them on the planet of Offworld, in the race being hosted there as agitators, enforcers, or whatever was necessary. So they enslaved the dragons and made them to serve the whims and wishes of the Syndicate in whatever tasks that they needed, and to strike terror into the people of Offworld in hopes of controlling them through fear and intimidation. However, despite the advanced brain implants that they were given, which have the ability to exert a powerful control over them, the dragons are generally allowed to do whatever they want, so long as they obey the orders of their masters when given. But, whenever the Syndicate has no work for them, the dragons do as they wish.
