Abby Delt is a former prostitute who came to the Clement Valley some years ago after being led to Christ by a friend of hers in another city. She left the big city and settled into the Clement Valley, under the employment of Emmett Brownstone as a way to escape her past and start over again with a new life. However, due to the hatred and self righteousness of Bartholomew Wickham, her life in the Clement Valley is anything but peaceful. At least until Bart is killed by The Wolves of Ratinar, after which she is able to live the peaceful life she's always sought.
