Ahvanyar

Ahvanyar is the name of a place, from Angalorian lore, that is the eternal home of the evil dead. These are anyone that Angalorian society views as wicked, greedy, dishonorable, cowardly, or otherwise detestable. It is a place of eternal torment and torture, very much akin to the pits of Hades found in Grecian mythology.
