Apoo is a bright, cherry red dragon, and a fleeting love interest for Magendra Tallenon (aka Maggy), but is also a dragon who is not only considerably younger than Maggy. However, her interest in him remains as merely an infatuation as Maggy's parents very much disapprove of him due to his highly immature, mischievous nature. So, respecting her parents, Maggy remains as nothing more than friends with the young mischievous dragon. However, when given a choice between him and Ahshone, she finds him far more appealing, despite his immaturity.
