Edmond Clayton is a merchant sea captain working in early 19th century America who is recruited by the Brayburn Society for his excellent leadership and command skills, and made the captain of the starship Destiny, of which he ultimately excels at. He later marries Henrietta Taylor, and becomes the ancestor of Mike Clayton.
History
Edmond was born to Robert and Darcy Clayton in 1768, both of whom were merchants in colonial America, just prior to the revolutionary war.
