Gate Twenty Seven

Gate Twenty Seven is one of thousands of transit gates that are built into the Oort Perimeter Sol defensive shield system. It is also the primary gate through which all diplomatic and commercial traffic passes. This is because Gate Twenty Seven is specially outfitted with a larger than normal array of sensors, defensive systems and more to prevent ships illegally entering or leaving through the perimeter that aren't supposed to be there. Ships such as pirate ships, hostile enemy vessels, and more. It also acts as a filter to ensure that no cloaked vessels are able to sneak through the layered gate system without being detected. This gate is also the primary access point to reach the Brayburn Society's Pluto Station, which is a major hub within Sol Space for trade, diplomacy, and more. Everyone outside of the Oort Perimeter must pass through this gate if they wish to access the station.
