General Secretary

The General Secretary is the chief CEO and leader of the Yigzan nation. He fills kind of a hybrid President/Prime Minister roll and is elected by popular vote. He presides from his offices in Central City, the capital of the Yigzan nation and is in charge of the Yigzan Army, Navy and Air force via his military chiefs of staff. The General Secretary serves a standard four year term and can be elected as many times as the people choose to have him, although most serve no more than one to two terms, with three being the longest anyone has ever served.
