It is run by a well known, and well liked Macanorian by the name of Grog who is both the establishment's owner and main bartender. And, while the food served there is good, his drinks are the more popular. The Tavern does a very booming business at all hours of the day and is well known even beyond the borders of Sol Space even out to the fringe regions of the galaxy.
