Grog is a Macanorian is the owner of Grog's Tavern and a famous restaurateur who is famous across the galaxy. He gets his iconic name from, of all people, the Gin, who began calling him "Grog" after first meeting him because of his broken, almost cave man like speech patterns, making him sound surprisingly similar to the character of "Grog" from Johnny Hart's famous and beloved comic strip "BC". To those who live outside of Sol Space, the name itself may not carry any special meaning. But to the people of Earthfleet and the Brayburn Society, it is a very special and enduring one to them.
