Instantaneous State Change Transporter

An Instantaneous State Change Transporter or Jump Transporter is a derivative technology built on the duality principle of locality used by Portal Transporters to move people from place to place. However, rather than requiring an isolation bubble to facilitate the transport, the transporter allows for instantaneous point to point transport using "Quantum Readdressing" where an individual's quantum "locality bit" is flipped from one address in physical space to another instantly. The only downside to this technology is that, in order to complete the transport, an equal amount of matter, in volume, must be removed from the destination location, or moved aside, in order to allow the address change. IE, two items can't occupy the same space at the same time. So the transporter first flips the quantum locality bits on the destination location, and immediately flips the locality bit on the item, or individual, being transported to avoid the effects of cavitation that the sudden void in matter and energy would cause. This transporter technology is both a natural advancement in Portal Transporter technology, as well as a derivative of Razkor technology confiscated and captured during the events of Empire Rising. And, while not a direct copy of Razkor transporter technology, it is a vast improvement on it, made possible by hybridizing and blending the two technologies together to create a better end product.
