Melor Callaway

Melor Callaway is one of the leaders of the city of Subton who is in charge of resource management in the otherwise cramped, and resource deprived city. And, it's not as if Subton is starving, or in lack. It just doesn't have abundance or excess. However, after the period of the Four Kingdoms, this changes, and Melor is then tasked with what to do with such excesses, and the blessings, and benefits such brings. He is a visionary who sees the bigger picture, and an expert negotiator, who knows how to get a good deal, but also plan for the worst. His beard, and general appearance, makes him look like someone out of a grunge metal band.
