Senator Joslin is an elected representative of the Yigzan 13th Congregational district and a paid (or perhaps one could say "bribed") servant of Ferrell Black, doing his bidding, and putting into motion, necessary governmental and legal things required by Black to push forward his plans for the Yigzan nation and all those within it. He is very corrupt, and loves living a lavish lifestyle which he funds through the acceptance of sizeable bribes from whoever is willing to pay him for his "services".
