Ferrell Black

Ferrell Black is the owner of Cybergenics Incorporated and a business and cybernetics genius. He is also the chief villain of Lion in the Wind and seeks to develop the ultimate sentient, cybernetic system which he intends to use to enslave the Yigzan people under his tyrannical rule. Thus he hires scientists, such as Dr. Edias Burgon to develop and build their sentient, cybernetic creations, which he later intends to co-opt for his evil plans. He is an interesting mix of opposing personalities, being beatific on one side, and yet darkly evil on the other, and more than capable of mixing and switching between the two as needed in order to get whatever he desires, while looking like the hero and innocent industrialist, acting in the best interests of everyone. Also, while not well known, Ferrell Black is a cyborg, having had all of his limbs, and a number of vital organs replaced with cybernetic prosthetics and implants in an effort to make himself stronger.
