The Demesne of Kaspar

The Demesne of Kaspar, otherwise known as "The Kingdom of Thieves", is a robber baron principality located on the south western portion of The Great Sea, along the southwest quadrant of the White Mountains. It is ruled by a thief king named Diebin and is very despotic in nature, ensuring the continued and brutal poverty of both its own citizens, in order to enrich the king and his most loyal servants, as well as any neighboring principalities that border its territories. It's capital is the fortified castle city of Parsom.
