Senatorial Towers
The Senatorial Towers are the ASW's equivalent of the UGW's Ambassadorial Towers, and serve the exact same purpose, although named differently in order to separate itself from that of the disgraced UGW. The tower itself is a super massive structure, just like its predecessor, in the shape of a gigantic, multi-leveled flying saucer that is broken up into living areas based around the four basic Species Types most commonly seen in the galaxy. Namely mammalian, avian, aquatic, and "other", which includes insectoids, reptoids, xenopoids, and others like them. This is due to the very specific and custom environmental and nutritional needs of each species types.
In some cases, delegates, who have very specific environmental and nutritional needs that can't be provided through the normal avenues of accommodation and provision within the towers are given their own custom, specialized areas. Or, in some cases, when the needs are rather extreme, they are housed in special structures outside of the towers. However, in most cases they're housed in the Towers, and every possible accommodation is made for them. The Senatorial Towers themselves contain a grand ballroom, central senate chambers, numerous gathering and conference rooms, lounges (based on species needs), and much more are scattered all throughout the structure to accommodate the needs of the ambassadors as best as possible.
In the same way, the delegate offices of each race can be found scattered all throughout the facility, and each office tends to be located somewhat closely to the housing quarters for each delegate, and their staff. For the larger races, such as The Nine, their offices are often very large, and sometimes broken up across multiple locations to avoid causing unwanted congestion in the area where they are housed. The facility itself is surrounded by a large, multi-level space dock that is attached directly to the building for the smaller, personal shuttles and starships of the various ambassadors. Larger ships are either parked in orbit over the planet, or housed in larger space docks in the immediate vicinity of the Towers complex.
The complex is also connected directly to the surrounding city by a series of subterranean tram and subway systems that allow the delegates to move about the city with great ease should they choose to leave the Towers and go elsewhere for any variety of purposes, including dinner, movies, personal care, and more. Using starships for this is generally discouraged due to the busy airspace around the tower, as well as security considerations.
