Snow is a young dragon of Trond Weyr who, like Fallon, suffers from small stature, being just as small, or slightly smaller than Fallon. Even so, unlike Fallon, she doesn't let her disability get to her, and lives a happy life, despite her disability. It is also her boundless joy, and unshakeable friendship with Fallon, that leads to his eventual healing and redemption.

Appearance

Snow is unique among the Dragon Kin in her appearance, as she is a rare white dragon, who is a pure snow white in color, with light blue highlights, and soft, powder blue eyes.

Fallon and Snow

Snow first meets Fallon one day in the gallery of their weyr. At first he merely "tolerates" her, in respect to his mother. But it's not long before the two form a friendship, which allows Fallon to finally begin the process of healing, both physically, and emotionally, after decades of being unable, or unwilling to. It is also Snow who brings great hope to Fallon when it is discovered that the reason for her small size is due to a malfunction in the nanites that maintain her body and provide life giving nutrition, as well as healing, growth, maturity, and more.

However, it's soon discovered that the reasons for Fallon's small size is because his nanites have intentionally made him the way he is, both hyper intelligent, as well as abnormally small.for his age. The revelation of this both devastates, and terrifies Fallon. Upon the discovery of this, the nurses report this to Zek, who then calls Fallon and his parents in to a meeting where he reveals that he was the one who did this to Fallon. This enrages his family, and especially Fallon, who loves his grandfather dearly, and considers this to be the highest possible betrayal towards him.

Zek explains that he only did this because he needed a powerful tool, like what Fallon had become, to help him with saving and freeing everyone on Offworld. The revelation of what his grandfather did to him nearly crushes Fallon. However, at his darkest moment, Snow comes to Fallon, despite his anger, and rejection of her (not for anything she did, as he was just really mad), and helps him find healing for his pain, which then brings them together as never before, turning them both into newly minted best friends. The two then begin their restoration treatments shortly afterwards to restore them to the proper size they should be for their age.

This turns out to be an excruciatingly painful experience because of the hyper accelerated growth required to restore them to their full size and proper condition. Despite this, the two of them stand unwaveringly by each other's side throughout this, which draws them even closer to each other as a result, further strengthening their friendship. Eventually, several years after their 200th birthdays they take their friendship to another level by getting married. There is no information in the story on whether they have kids, but that's kind of a foregone conclusion given that they are now married at that point.
