Robert Blakely is a Lieutenant in service to Earthfleet and serves as part of the Fleet R&D team, working primarily as the chief experimental pilot of the Onawaso, an Earthfleet and Brayburn Society testbed for new starship technologies. He is the younger brother of William Blakely. He is also best friends with Joel Pendleton, whom he served together with in the officer academy.
