Robert Blakely is a Lieutenant in service to Earthfleet and serves as part of the Fleet R&D team, working primarily as the chief experimental pilot of the Onawaso, an Earthfleet and Brayburn Society testbed for new starship technologies. He is the younger brother of Commander William Blakely.
