V'sin

Adjutant President V'Sin is a second level vice-president in the Gayik'Von republic, and the forth among ten. He's a shrewd politician, strategist, lawyer and diplomat, and a close friend to both Earth, as well as many of its key members, including Ambassador Phyland Renwald, Chancellor Nordham and Grand Admiral Mike Clayton. During the events of The Oort Perimeter, he is sent to Sebius by the Gayik'Von president to help unravel a plan by the Crassians, using the unwitting Varnok as their pawn, to destroy Earth, and take peace from the galaxy.

He is such a shrewd and effective diplomat that several attempts are made on his life, as well as those of Phyland, who is their ultimate goal for assassination, which is ultimately thwarted, due partially to Phyland's incredible martial arts skills. He also plays a big roll in bringing together The Nine Ancient Races, after the fall of the UGW, to form the new ASW, which brings a renewed drive towards peace in the galaxy, and re-balances galactic power so that the nine races don't hold a detrimental lordship over the lesser republics and races. This does much to bring peace to the galaxy after the fall, and final extermination of the Crassians.
