Cybergenics Incorporated is an industrial and cybernetics company owned by Ferrell Black. They specialize in cybernetics of all kinds ranging from robots and industrial machines to medical implants and prosthesis. The company itself is known all across the planet, and across all four nations, because of the incredible, life changing inventions it has created. One of the biggest that it dominates in is the huge demand for realistic cybernetic prosthetics, which is an important product for them as their owner, and CEO, is a cyborg himself, having had up to half of his body replaced over the years with a variety of robotic prosthetics that are so realistic in function and appearance that one would mistake them for the real thing.

However, despite all the apparent good will displayed by their owner, the employees of Cybergenics Inc are just as corrupt, and evil, and devious as their boss is, as they gladly work with him towards the eventual day when they can join him in enslaving the entire planet. However, that being said, not everyone who works for them is traitors or evil. There are some, such as Edias Burgon, who are actually very good people, and work for the company for a time to create a new, and specific product, or improve an existing one, to the benefit of the company, and Ferrell Black himself. Once they complete this work, they often go their own way, or are dismissed, so as not to eventually expose the company's true reason for existing.

The company has laboratories all across the Yigzan nation where a wide variety of projects are constantly underway, some of which are heavily fortified to protect the dark, and dangerous secrets that are hidden inside. The company eventually is closed down and destroyed after the Burgon Lions, with the help of Major Delgra, and his allies, uncover Black's plans for world domination, and bring them to a halt during a daring, and almost suicidal assault on Black's northern laboratory where the battle mecha Garmec is being developed. All confiscated facilities, money, and assets are eventually turned over to Breakman and his family to help fund their restoration, and give them a place to begin again with their sworn mission to defend the Yigzan people.
