Delgra

Delgra is a special forces officer, recon scout, and scout commander, and a Captain in the Yigzan army. However, when he discovers that the Gorg are planning to invade the Yigzan nation, and reports it to his superiors, he's reassigned to Echo Military Labs and given a promotion to Major in hopes of shutting him up. However, this works to his advantage because, even though his commanders wish to suppress the truth of what's coming, with the help of Ferrell Black, he uses this to his advantage to prepare the nation for war. He is also instrumental in turning Tgegani from the strange curiosity of a cybernetic genius into a powerful weapon of war. He also sides with the Burgon Lions, which he helped to pioneer, and joins with them in stopping Black's plans for conquest and enslavement of the Yigzan people.
