All throughout the Earthfleet Universe there is a collection of characters for whom there is very limited information. This is a summary of all of them, and the limited details available for each. They're collected here as the information on them is too small to justify their own page.
Contents
Black Orchid
- Dr. Reinhardt is a highly skilled and experienced scientist with a focus on physics. While wildly known across the world for his incredible grasp of science, he primarily works in the employ of Black Orchid and the Illuminati, and reports directly to Ronald Veckmeyer.
- Mr. Carter is a highly skilled spy who operates in the employ of Black Orchid.
Juinah
- Ba'ka is one of supreme Juinah lord Za'gard's regional lords, responsible for overseeing operations in one of his regions of influence.
- Talfard is a Juinah supreme lord, and one of the eight great legends of his time. He is also the mortal rival of Lord Za'gard, and often goes to war against him in an effort to increase his place and power within the Juinah mafia. Also, while he is indeed an imperial lord of the Juinah, he's merely a regional lord, with the majority of his power based entirely in the Alpha quadrant.
Gayik'Von
- K'Vin is one of four Gayik'Von youth who befriend Captain Edmond Clayton and his crew shortly after they are brought to Jalc and placed in the care of Six Paws.
- Tay'Tan is a Gayik'Von commander and captain of the Kal'eck. He is also Pelk's father and plays a pivotal roll in the lives of Edmond Clayton and the Destiny in their early days in space.
- Nilk is the galactic ambassador for the Gayik'Von, first to the UGW, and later the ASW. Not much is spoken of about him in the story, but he does play a vital role in galactic politics, even if it is in the shadow of greater names such as V'sin.
Earthfleet
- Henry Olm is the twin brother of Dr. Olm, and an officer in Earthfleet. The two men are spitting images of each other, and even sound alike, although they both serve in different occupations.
- David Barker is a sergeant, and a gunner aboard the Sergenious Shipkiller, and works alongside Wen Chang and Sydney Jones in both an offensive, and defensive roll aboard the ship, and operates one of the two primary defensive batteries aboard the ship.
- Dr. Brahn is a German scientist working for the early Brayburn Society, and one of the three chief developers of the first Society starship prototype, the Destiny, which eventually became Earth's first warp powered starship, and the first of many to become a part of the fledgling Earthfleet.
- Dr. Bannon is an Irish scientist working for the early Brayburn Society, and one of the three chief developers of the first Society starship prototype, the Destiny, which eventually became Earth's first warp powered starship, and the first of many to become a part of the fledgling Earthfleet.
- Dr. Campbell is a Scottish scientist working for the early Brayburn Society, and one of the three chief developers of the first Society starship prototype, the Destiny, which eventually became Earth's first warp powered starship, and the first of many to become a part of the fledgling Earthfleet.
- Wen Chang is a corporal, and a gunner aboard the Sergenious shipkiller. He works with Sergeant David Barker, and Lieutenant Commander Sydney Jones to defend the ship, and provide offense when needed. He initially serves aboard the Sergenious as just another crewman, but later on falls in love with, and get married to Amy Martin. Wen is promoted to sergeant sometime just before the events of Empire Rising.
- Commander Isaiah is the captain and commander of the Earthfleet Shipkiller Ontario. He is well built, with brown hair, blue eyes, dark skin, and a million dollar grin. He is a very wise commander, and a seasoned veteran of many engagements. However, he is best known for his brave, selfless sacrifice at the The Battle of the Haven where he saved Sevok's fleet from being flanked, and ultimately driven into collapse.
Misc
- Little is known about Severen in galactic history, other than a short vignette, written in poetic form, that tells about his great betrayal of his people that nearly led to a massive war between The Nine Ancient Races, which was thwarted by a prophecy given by a Varnok prophet millennia ago.
- Pinafore is one of several crewmen who came to the dimension of Dark Earth, along with Lancaster, and some others, aboard an Earthfleet starship from another dimension. He is the vice commander for Lancaster, and his Imperial fleet. However, both men are secretly working to find a way to stop the efforts of the emperor, and also return to their home dimension.
